Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure satisfaction with food and dining programs.
• Set tables according to standards.
• Serve beverages as requested.
• Review daily menus
• Takes and delivers accurate meal orders 
• Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from the dining room as needed.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.

This position will be responsible for moving packages into warehouse cool down rooms. Relieves the rest of the team in the packaging support roles in production. This will also include maintaining a sanitary work environment, insuring accurate records, verifying weight tags are attached and legible to each block, and understanding specific SOP’s and product specifications. Running a palletizer & cleaning the area is also required.

As needed, will be expected to make boxes and jump in the on the cheese line to help the overall team. With that expectation, it required the ability to lift 50lbs. and push/pull 50lbs on a regular basis.
