Production Operators Pay

1st shift: $17-$19 DOE 

2dn shift: $19-$21 DOE 

Weekend shift only: $20-$22 DOE 

Production Operators Shift: 

1st shift - Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm

2nd shift - Monday-Thursday, 4pm - 2:30am

Weekend shift only - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6am-6:30pm - work 36 hour but get paid for 40! 

Duration: Temp to Perm 

 Production worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operate production machines to make boxes and package products in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Manipulate controls in an efficient manner to minimize waste.
  • Inspect produced products for faultiness and report flaws immediately to supervisor.
  • Set up production machines each day according to established procedures.
  • Detect and report machine malfunctions promptly to supervisor.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of operating materials and obtain additional materials according to procedures.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
  • Document production activity each day as assigned and assist with daily Raw Material counts.
  • Package and transport produced product as needed.
  • Notify management concerning the need for major repairs when needed.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety and GMP regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Cellar Operator pay: $19-$21

Shift: M-Th, 6am-4:30pm

Duration: Temp to Perm

The Mortgage Assistant provides direct mortgage services and supports the Mortgage Loan Originators by providing administrative service throughout the mortgage loan process. This position will be responsible for taking and answering all incoming calls for the team and providing support to our customer base.

 

Specific duties include:

  • Manages daily phone queue, provides back-up coverage for the front desk, and monitors e-mail volume in a timely manner. Provides borrowers with accurate information, schedules quality appointments, and ensures borrowers are prepared for their appointments.
  • Manages mortgage loan application pipeline in conjunction with Mortgage Loan Officers and Mortgage Loan Processors. Tracks statuses of loan conditions, organizes documents from members, and provides regular and timely communication to Realtors as needed for Appraisal Contingency, Financing Contingency, Closing dates and any file issues. Sends timely thank you e-mails and requests for feedback to realtors post-closing.
  • Maintains proficiency in software programs.
  • Exhibits problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Maintains and understanding of all facets of the mortgage application and closing process.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • The Sanitation Worker (Cheese Processing) breaks down, prepares and sanitizes equipment related to cheese-making production in compliance with company policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety requirements

Essential Responsibilities:


Effectively utilizes sanitation equipment, e.g., hoses, chemical foaming systems and equipment wash systems which require computer entry.

Ensures sanitation quality standard activities are met to ensure all production systems are ready for startup.

 Ensures that accurate sanitation records are kept and maintained including but not limited to sanitation pre-op logs, titration logs and charts.

Maintains excellent communication with co-workers and supervision and informs appropriate parties on a timely basis when issues with Cleaning in Place (CIP) systems or other equipment occurs.

Responsible for performing all work-related tasks using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by following the Food Safety and Food Quality (SQF) requirements of the SQF Program. This includes the requirement to report any and all food safety issues and incidents to your Supervisor or Group Leader immediately.

The Production Technician  is responsible for maintaining and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be responsible for demonstrating and applying knowledge of manufacturing processes to the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.

  • Ability to spend significant time standing on the manufacturing floor with some frequency of computer work
