IT Services Desk Admin Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical support of all IT systems and hardware.
- Answer support desk calls and troubleshoot web tickets through resolution in support of global users.
- Configure, install, and maintain IT software and hardware (i.e., computers, network printers, scanners, etc.).
- Deploy software and apply custom image to computers using SCCM.
- Maintain effective and open communication with business users and other global IT team members when resolving incidents and fulfilling requests.
- Coordinate project tasks with IT vendors and providers.
- Work with the Security Team to mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- Maintain inventory, track assignment of loaner devices and procure replacement inventory as needed.
- Identify proactive ways to reduce the number of incidents in the environment.
- Participate in IT Projects to ensure complete understanding of new and upgraded systems.
- Assist with managing regional vendor relationships, and contract renewals.
- Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement (automation, upgrades, security, updates, etc.) of systems in production.
Desktop Support Technician Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; or 2 years of proven IT Help Desk experience with at least one IT certification listed in desired qualifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize assigned work according to business need.
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail, organization and follow up skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating system, and Office 365 Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to independently perform root cause analysis.
- Ability to work well with minimal direction or instruction while in a global team environment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interface with all organizational levels.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Willing and able to travel between Maryland facilities as needed for the position.

Job Overview:
Centralized Intake (CI) is a child abuse and neglect hotline staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that allegations of child abuse and neglect received are accurately assessed to ensure the safety of children. The hotline serves as the central reporting for all allegations of child abuse or neglect in Montana.
Responsibilities of this position include:
1) Gathers information from callers to determine whether statutory criteria for investigation are present;
2) Assigns priority response time and routes applicable reports directly to local offices to ensure identified safety threats are responded to in a timely manner to ensure child safety; and
3) Checks and verifies information from multiple data sources to determine additional requirements; including escalated safety factors of the alleged victim and field staff.
Qualifications:

- Knowledge of social work practices and principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and stressful situations.
- Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and general office equipment as necessary to complete the essential functions, including using spreadsheet, word processing, database, email, internet and other computer programs.

Major Duties or Responsibilities
Conducts Initial Assessment of Allegations to Ensure Child Safety
- Receives phone calls from mandatory and non-mandatory reporters of child abuse and neglect and follows an information gathering protocol to obtain sufficient information from the reporter.
- Gathers information from callers to determine whether statutory criteria for investigation are present.
- Assesses the call report and determines if the referral information warrants immediate or further investigation by field social workers and/or law enforcement intervention in accordance with statutes and the division’s safety practice model.
- Assigns priority response time and routes applicable reports directly to local offices to ensure identified safety threats are responded to in a timely manner to ensure child safety.
- Prioritizes and assigns referrals for field investigation; notifies management and field social worker of critical information and ensures an immediate response when necessary.
- Completes CI Intake Assessment form and required documentation in CAPS and Doc Gen in accordance with policy and procedure to accurately document the information in the report received.
- Contacts law enforcement as necessary for investigation of reports the division does not have authority to investigate and for welfare checks on children whose safety may be of concern; and enters reports from law enforcement when child safety issues are identified.
- Responds to requests for emergency provision of legal consent to treat children in protective custody, runaways, and foster parents requesting assistance.
- Serves as a central point of contact for the public and others seeking information to which they are legally entitled in regards to children in protective custody.
Field Support Services
- Performs background checks to assess prior child protective reports to assess current child safety or risk of harm to assist investigative worker in the field.
- Obtains critical child protection or criminal history from other states when necessary to allow for accurate report determinations.
- Checks and verifies information from multiple data sources to determine additional requirements; including escalated safety factors of the alleged victim and field staff.
- Performs check of Violent and Sexual Offender Registry where need is indicated; and determine safety issues and alerts field worker of issues which may create a dangerous situation when responding to the call.
- Testifies at hearings and in court when required regarding actions and responses to referrals.
Data/Reports
- Records daily activity regarding types of calls received and other performance tasks.
- Prepares monthly unit activity reports as requested by supervisor.
- Provides support and assistance to field social workers by engaging in continuous quality improvement processes with supervisors to ensure that Centralized Intake is delivering appropriate information to field social workers to ensure the safety of children, families, and workers.

This is the ideal position for a young attorney who wants to build a foundation for a broad-based, successful legal career, or an experienced attorney who is eager for a new work setting.
To meet the demands of a rapidly-growing County, the office is adding a new Deputy County Attorney and re-aligning attorney duties and responsibilities. The new Deputy will be assigned as primarily a civil attorney, or a criminal prosecution attorney, depending upon interest, experience, and the needs of the office.
You will gain or expand your experience in the courtroom as a prosecutor, or gain valuable civil law and local government expertise, including civil litigation across many areas of law. You will have the opportunity to work remotely approximately two days per week, depending upon specific court or meeting schedules.
Under the direction of the County Attorney, this position may fulfill four main responsibilities:
- Prosecute criminal offenses in the Broadwater County Justice and District Court;
- Represent the County government and other local government entities in legal proceedings;
- Represent the State of Montana on select civil cases in District Court; and
- Advise local government officials on civil law matters and compliance, to include public health enforcement matters.
Additional Qualifications: The applicant need not be a resident of Broadwater County, but involvement in the community is highly recommended upon hiring. The successful applicant will serve a 12 month probationary period.
This position requires the applicant to review Confidential Criminal Justice Information (CCJI) and Criminal Justice Information Network (CJIN) criminal histories, to work with law enforcement officers in ongoing criminal investigations, to engage in sensitive communications with witnesses and victims of crime, and to protect privileged communications in the course of an attorney-client relationship.

Duties:
The Heavy Equipment Operator’s duties are directly related to the operation and daily maintenance of all W.S.I. large equipment and occasional rental machinery, but are not limited to:
- Operates excavator, backhoe, AEBI, dump trucks, snowplows, and snow blowers.
- Performs daily maintenance including fluid level checks and greasing as necessary.
- Participates in installation of water, sewer and electrical line.
- Coordinates snow removal and sanding efforts with the Montana State Highway Department Roads Supervisor.
- Notifies direct supervisor or manager of routine maintenance and repair needs for all vehicles and equipment and follows guidelines for vehicle maintenance and repairs in coordination with the Vehicle Maintenance Department.
Safety
- Wears personal protective equipment and safety equipment as required by safety policies and procedures.
- Completes daily pre-trip vehicle inspection in accordance with DOT standards.
- Operates fire suppression equipment as required.
- Familiarity with emergency procedures including traffic control and protocalls in dealing with vehicle accidents on Big Mountain Rd.
- Uses safety equipment at work sites to assure safety of TEAM members and guests.
- Maintains a clean & orderly work environment at all times, i.e. cleans vehicles daily.
Qualifications:
- Two years of high school or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of equipment operating and daily maintenance experience in the area of backhoes, excavators, sand tucks, snowplows and front end loaders.
- Five years of plow equipment operation preferred
- Must possess a valid Class B type 2 commercial driver’s license and authorization for WSI insurance coverage.
- Job requires working weekends, holidays and may involve evening and overtime during peak demand times.
- This is primarily outdoor work conducted in varying weather conditions, some being extreme in nature.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of tasks and challenging situations, in a calm and professional manner.
- Must thoroughly understand mechanical and electrical functions of machinery, equipment and hydraulics and perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Performs hand sanding and snow shoveling as needed with the safety of employees and guests in mind at all times (i.e. around hydrants).
- Must pass a post offer, drug & alcohol screening as per DOT compliance prior to operating equipment on public roads, or show proof of current testing pool.
- Subject to WSI’s Alcohol and Controlled Substance Abuse Policy based on the nature of the position and related duties.
- Required annual review of Motor Vehicle Division Records.
- Required to have DOT health card on file and renewed upon expiration.

- Optimize the use of information systems and technology for tracking, analysis, reporting, administration, and communication between us and suppliers.

-MUST HAVE experience working in carpentry and metal industry -MUST HAVE sheet metal, trim installation, roofing and building construction exp.
-MUST HAVE your own tools
-MUST HAVE reliable transportation with valid driver license -MUST HAVE the ability to lift 50 lbs or more -MUST HAVE experience with heights and working on ladders -MUST HAVE a good attitude and be dependable
**Experience/Knowledge in erecting red iron shops a HUGE PLUS!!! Will pay the right candidate $17.00 to $30.00/hr
Work hours vary Monday thru Friday 7:00am-4:30pm with occasional days of working later and possibly weekends. We generally work 40 hours per week. Jobs are typically in the SWLA area, reliable transportation is a must as every job site is in a new location.
-Pay is DOE and after 30 days will be reevaluated
Pay scale is typically:
$17-$18/hr – 1-2 years Experience
$20+/hr – 3+ years Experience
$30+/hr – 3+ years experience in the job description listed above, 3+ years experience in erection of Red Iron Shops, 3+ years leading a crew of 5 or more
We are specifically looking for 1 person with at least 2 years experience and a lead man with 3 or more years experience.
