SUMMARY:
Under moderate supervision, fits and assembles fiber optics components and/or assemblies using common hand and power assembly tools. Works from schematics, samples, written or verbal instructions. Requires high degree of manual dexterity. Work is usually short to medium cycle repetitive as part of an assembly line.

Assembler job duties:
* Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
* Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
* Crimps, screws, glues, epoxy, polishes, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
* Assembles and attaches hardware, such as connectors, caps, and clamps, to assemblies when appropriate or required.
* Tends machines that polish, press, shape, align, or wind component parts.
* Performs online testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.

Payrate: $21.50-23.50/hour DOE
Shift: 9-5pm Monday - Friday

The Testing Technician is responsible for performing brewer tests related to client product quality.
Testing includes brewer performance testing, life testing, and other specified brewing system evaluations.
* Perform new brewer and component testing protocols in support of brewer product development and continuous improvement programs.
* Record and organize quality data in appropriate computer spreadsheets and report results to management.
* Provide training as required for new permanent and temporary personnel in proper brewer test techniques and methods, as well as data recording requirements.
* Ability to troubleshoot brewer performance issues and correlate abnormal behavior with potential root causes.

Job requirements:
* Technician(s) needed to analyze and troubleshoot small appliances from customer returns.
* Candidate must be able to have mechanical and electrical knowledge, troubleshooting/analytical ability, write reports in a data management system (ETQ/Reliance), and communicates well.
* Candidate needs to be able to work on their own after initial assistance/support.
* Skill set does not require expertise, but previous experience required.
* Other duties will include unboxing appliances, lifting appliances several times a day (5-20lbs), using a pallet jack, hand tools and small electrical testing equipment such as digital multimeters.

The position will be in Lowell, however the client will be seeking candidates that can relocate work location to Canton in 90 days. NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

JOB SUMMARY: The Client Service account support position works with the Client Service Team supporting various accounts and programs as directed. The CSC position is a support role that requires both technical and project management skills. The CSC performs administrative tasks in support of client programs, mailings and special projects. The CSC will have some direct client responsibilities.
This position in the Client Service department with understanding that a high performer will have the opportunity to advance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Produce and communicate job order instructions for various functional areas according to published standards.
• Develop proficiency in utilizing internal systems as necessary to process job instructions and provide reporting to clients.
• Fulfillment batching, re-batching of daily orders.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining proper priorities and sense of urgency.
• Monitor and report to client on a scheduled basis the disposition of materials in inventory.
• Interact daily with various internal departments for scheduling, quality control and monitoring of projects to ensure client needs are met in a timely and profitable manner.
• Participate in client status calls as needed.
• Perform various support tasks and other duties as assigned.
• As required attend mandatory training sessions.

EDUCATION:
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or trade school preferred.
• Marketing experience a plus.
