Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Associate with a strong background in inventory management and quality control. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cycle counts, product storage, inventory discrepancy resolution, and quality assurance. Candidates must also be proficient in operating PIT equipment (order pickers, cherry pickers) in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Inventory Control Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and address discrepancies immediately to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as the point of contact for customer service on shipping discrepancies and verify inventory discrepancies in WMI/WISE systems.
• Maintain organized and efficient product storage, ensuring bins are labeled and properly stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify trends, and suggest improvements to work zones and product storage areas.
• Ensure the QC area remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Perform quality checks on products before shipment.
• Advise the RDC Manager of any inventory adjustments needed and keep detailed records of reasons for changes.
• Review and reconcile the negative on-hand inventory report weekly.
• Audit RGAs to ensure products are correctly returned to vendors and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to safety procedures, request assistance for heavy lifting, and report safety violations.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including order pickers and cherry pickers, safely and efficiently.

Inventory Control Associate Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory control and quality control in a warehouse environment.
• Must have experience operating PIT equipment (e.g., order pickers, cherry pickers).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inventory discrepancies and trends.
