Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

$16-19 an hour to start 

Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screens. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Answer phones and route calls professionally

2. Greet customers, vendors, and visitors and set them up with their contact person.

3. Distribute mail to the departments

4. Filing away documents

5. Releasing jobs

6. Creating job folders

7. Making copies

8. Do miscellaneous projects for human resources and accounting.

9. Coordinate all phone changes and additions.

10. Update phone lists, etc. as needed.

11. Receive and distribute all packages. (Including airborne, fed ex, ups, etc.)

12. Keep track of change and refunds for vending machines.

13. Ensure the coffee bar is clean and orderly.

14. Other clerical duties that may be assigned from time to time.
