Location: Warwick, RI

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm 

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour Depending on Experience

Position Overview

The Press Feeder is responsible for inspecting materials, feeding stock into machines, and assisting the Pressman with complete press setup and operation.

Essential Job Tasks

• Look over work orders or follow verbal instructions to figure out what ink, stock, and equipment you’ll need.
• Help set up the press, including hanging plates and blankets using basic hand tools.
• Keep the press stocked with high-quality paper.
• Pour ink into the press and keep the ink agitator running properly.
• Move full pallets of printed materials using a pallet jack and replace them with empty pallets.

Qualifications

• Printing press experience preferred
• Ability to pass the Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test
• Able to lift and move materials
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
