Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is accountable for managing and exercising discretion and independent judgment on significant matters for assigned accounts. This includes total oversight of orders in assigned territories, managing customer inquiries, and processing orders and returns to deliver world-class customer service.

Essential Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email providing accurate and timely information.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all information is correct (including billing, shipping, and product details).
• Process orders in a timely manner verifying product availability and offering alternatives.
• Address any discrepancies, returns, or exchanges in accordance with Company policies.

Answering inbound and making outbound calls. Provides high level, personalized customer service in order to meet member requests for transportation.

Position Responsibilities:
• Consistently at minimum, answers 80 to 90 inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner to assist customers with their transportation inquiries following designated policies and procedures
• Schedules, changes/cancels and confirms transportation arrangements utilizing (CRM) Customer Relationship Management Software
• Documents customer transportation details, inquiries, requests, comments, complaints and actions taken
