What You Will Do:

  • Coordinates educational offerings, trade show events, logistics for conference speakers, and distance learning webinars
  • Assists with venue logistics and organize post-event closeout as directed

What You Will Bring:

What You Will Do:

What You Will Do:
  • Arrange parts on CNC Machine/s and to ensure the parts are in “compliance” per the drawing and manufacturing inspection plan. 
  • Organize parts/components on the CNC Machines per the work order and set-up sheets. 
  • Communicate with coworkers to ensure parts are running well.
  • Inspect parts per manufacturing inspection plan (MIP) and accurately record all results on the MIP document as parts come off the CNCs.
  • Use proper inspection tools, methods, and protocol when inspecting parts/components.
  • Tag and document all nonconformance parts per the AS9100 procedures/work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and ensure shop floor is kept clean and professional
  • Record any scrap in the ERP system.
 
What You Will Bring:
  • High School or GED equivalent required,
  • Experience with vertical mills, horizontal mills, and lathes required.
  • Machining technical training by a trade school or college preferred.
  • Ability to inspect parts using hand inspection equipment (calipers, mics, etc.).

  • Ability to build and set tools required per the set-up sheets and perform offsets when necessary.

  • Ability to achieve acceptable first-pass yield rates by producing conforming parts during setup and production runs.

What You Will Bring:
  • CPA license required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required
  • 3+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns required
  • Experience with Excel and Drake Tax preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal and multistate taxation
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively

Schedule: Full-time

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am – 5pm

Pay: $40+/hour DOE

 

What You Will Do:

·                     Manage and oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities.

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities to support organizational goals.
  • Maintain and improve internal accounting controls, financial processes, and reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze financial data and provide timely reporting and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, consultants, and external service providers regarding accounting and compliance matters.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to support strategic and business decision-making.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic business environment while maintaining attention to detail.

 

What You Will Bring:

·                     Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial accounting principles
  • Thorough understanding of internal accounting controls and accounting procedures
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Experience preparing monthly financial statements and ensuring U.S. GAAP financial reporting compliance
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning skills
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, financial partners, and stakeholders
