Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Montana-based contact for RHTP shared-services implementation among participating providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with provider executives, operational leaders, Montana Health Research and Education Foundation (MHREF), MHA Ventures, RHTP implementation staff, Montana RHTP Implementation Team (MRIT) partners, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Lead the shared-services deployment process, including needs assessment, operational assessment, implementation planning, and deployment aligned with operational and financial objectives.
• Provide on-site and virtual technical assistance, monitor implementation progress and adoption, identify barriers, and coordinate corrective action with facilities and implementation partners.
• Coordinate vendor evaluation, competitive sourcing, aggregated purchasing, and contract negotiations to secure cost-effective, sustainable, and rural-appropriate shared-service solutions.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, timelines, communication protocols, service expectations, and escalation processes among participating facilities and implementation partners.
• Ensure implementation accounts for Montana's geographic, workforce, connectivity, cultural, Tribal sovereignty, infrastructure, and financial considerations while avoiding duplication of approved RHTP works treams.
• Represent MHA Ventures in RHTP meetings, work groups, facility visits, implementation reviews, and partner discussions related to shared services and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, public administration, project management, or a related field; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.

Experience:

• At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, shared services, supply chain, contracting, consulting, business development, grant-funded implementation, or a related area.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-organization initiatives from needs assessment and contracting through implementation, performance measurement, and sustainability planning.
• Experience with rural or Tribal healthcare, healthcare associations, GPOs, health systems, state or federal grants, or statewide transformation initiatives is strongly preferred.
• Relevant project management, Lean, change-management, supply-chain, or healthcare finance certification is preferred.

• Arrange parts on CNC Machine/s and to ensure the parts are in “compliance” per the drawing and manufacturing inspection plan. 
• Organize parts/components on the CNC Machines per the work order and set-up sheets. 
• Communicate with coworkers to ensure parts are running well.
• Inspect parts per manufacturing inspection plan (MIP) and accurately record all results on the MIP document as parts come off the CNCs.
• Use proper inspection tools, methods, and protocol when inspecting parts/components.
• Tag and document all nonconformance parts per the AS9100 procedures/work instructions.
• Maintain a clean workspace and ensure shop floor is kept clean and professional
• Record any scrap in the ERP system.

• High School or GED equivalent required,
• Experience with vertical mills, horizontal mills, and lathes required.
• Machining technical training by a trade school or college preferred.
• Ability to inspect parts using hand inspection equipment (calipers, mics, etc.).
