What You Will Do:

  • Perform simple landscaping duties
  • Shovel, move supplies, and generally help out around project site
  • Act as second set of hands for project leads and foremen
  • Transportation will be provided to and from the job site

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to educate the public as to what is allowed to be deposited in the canisters
  • Distribute verbal and written information about the County’s solid waste department
  • Monitor the sites after hours to inform the supervisor when canisters are full
  • Confirm that site users have a valid solid waste permit and document the vehicle and what was deposited
 
Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid Montana Driver’s License

Pay: $30 - $43/hour DOE
 
What You Will Do:
  • Arrange parts on CNC Machine/s and to ensure the parts are in “compliance” per the drawing and manufacturing inspection plan. 
  • Organize parts/components on the CNC Machines per the work order and set-up sheets. 
  • Communicate with coworkers to ensure parts are running well.
  • Inspect parts per manufacturing inspection plan (MIP) and accurately record all results on the MIP document as parts come off the CNCs.
  • Use proper inspection tools, methods, and protocol when inspecting parts/components.
  • Tag and document all nonconformance parts per the AS9100 procedures/work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and ensure shop floor is kept clean and professional
  • Record any scrap in the ERP system.
 
What You Will Bring:
  • High School or GED equivalent required,
  • Experience with vertical mills, horizontal mills, and lathes required.
  • Machining technical training by a trade school or college preferred.
  • Ability to inspect parts using hand inspection equipment (calipers, mics, etc.).
  • Ability to understand CNC machines, machining, inspection and safety.
  • Ability to build and set tools required per the set-up sheets and perform offsets when necessary.
  • Ability to perform initial inspection requirements using basic hand inspection tools before handing it off to the inspection department.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings (basic general dimension and tolerancing “GD&T,” specifications and instructions, etc.)
  • Ability to achieve acceptable first-pass yield rates by producing conforming parts during setup and production runs.
  • Ability to complete all manufacturing inspection plans (MIPs), setup documentation, ERP transactions, and production records.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
