Production Operator Manufactures rubber molded weather strip & sealing products according to established quality and production standards, while rotating between various workstation within the department.
Use a variety of gages and measuring devices to accurately measure and inspect in process and final parts. Perform finishing operation at finish table including final inspection, measuring, cleaning trimming auditing and packing parts.
Identifies and records any problems relating to the product, process and quality system. any other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

Extrudes raw rubber into various glass run selections awaiting distribution to molding operation.

Operate all equipment in department according to work instructions. Coating & Primer application.

Computer input of performance data. Insertion/and extraction check. Identifies and records and

problems relating to the product, process & quality system. Initiates recommends or provides solution

through designed channels.

Responsibilities: • Greet customers and handle incoming phone calls Prescreen phone calls and manage customer service inquiries Ensure confidentiality of client information Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Position Details: This is initially a temporary position with the opportunity for transition to full-time based on performance. We're seeking a candidate who can quickly learn and adapt to the demands of the role. We are looking at offering $13.50 per hour (base salary) for 28 hours per week. That will be for Monday - Thursday from 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch each day. Once full-time, they will work on Friday from 9am - 12pm.  close at noon every Friday.
