Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a digital accessibility initiative. This role will review, remediate, and improve documents, forms, presentations, and web content to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and remediate Word documents, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, forms, and web content.
- Identify accessibility issues and implement corrections.
- Conduct accessibility audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve content accessibility.
- Track progress and document compliance improvements.
- Provide accessibility guidance and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accessibility, web content, digital communications, technical writing, instructional design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of WCAG 2.1 Level AA experience.
- Experience with accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, Axe, Accessibility Insights, or similar.
- Experience remediating digital content and documents.
- Strong writing, editing, organization, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Acrobat accessibility/PDF remediation experience.
- Experience with CMS or web publishing workflows.
- Experience in healthcare, higher education, government, or other regulated environments.
- CPACC, WAS, Trusted Tester, or similar certification.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Transition Specialist to help youth successfully transition back into their communities, schools, and career pathways. This position plays a key role in supporting young people as they work toward positive educational, employment, and life outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate life skills and personal development programming.
- Support youth in developing and achieving education, career, and transition goals.
- Review transition plans and monitor progress toward successful reentry.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and release planning activities.
- Conduct follow-up contacts with youth after release to provide support and resource referrals.
- Coordinate services with schools, employers, training programs, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Assist youth with obtaining essential documents, including identification cards, birth certificates, Social Security cards, and driver's licenses.
- Support enrollment or re-enrollment in education and training programs.
- Provide information on employment opportunities, apprenticeships, vocational training, and career pathways.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and case notes.

Qualifications

We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators (Lift Truck Operators) for multiple full-time openings across two nearby warehouse facilities in Southwest Indianapolis. These positions support day, night, and overnight operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
All roles require sit-down forklift experience. Some roles also require stand-up forklift experience for case picking responsibilities.
Pay
We offer competitive pay based on equipment type and shift:
- Base Pay (Sit-Down Forklift): $18.50/hour
- Base Pay (Stand-Up Forklift / Case Picker): $20.50/hour
Shift Differentials (Additional Pay)
Depending on the schedule, you may earn extra per hour:
- Evening/Night Shift Differential: +$1.00 to $2.00/hour
- Overnight Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour

Responsibilities
