$18.50/hr | $27.75/hr Overtime | 3-4 Day Workweek

Westaff is hiring experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a steady, ongoing warehouse position on the southwest side of Indianapolis, near the airport and south of Plainfield.

If you like the idea of working 3 or 4 days per week instead of 5, this schedule offers a great balance. You'll work 12-hour shifts, get consistent hours, and have 3 to 4 days off every week.

There is also potential for temp-to-hire, plus additional overtime may become available during the busy season leading up to Christmas.

Pay & Schedule

• Regular Pay: $18.50/hour
• Overtime Pay: $27.75/hour
• Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 3-4 scheduled days per week
• Schedule is either Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday
• Four-day weeks include overtime hours

What You'll Do

As a Sit-Down Forklift Operator, you'll work as part of a warehouse team moving and handling materials throughout the facility.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Operating a sit-down forklift safely
• Moving products and materials throughout the warehouse
• Loading, unloading, staging, and relocating materials as assigned
• Following warehouse and forklift safety procedures
• Keeping your work area organized
• Working with the warehouse team to keep products moving efficiently

What We're Looking For
