Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Pay: $20.75/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Westaff is hiring experienced Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates for a first-shift position in a busy warehouse environment. We’re looking for dependable individuals who have forklift experience, work safely, and enjoy being part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order pickers, and other powered industrial equipment.
• Move, lift, stack, and transport warehouse materials.
• Use handheld scanners to accurately track inventory.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Receive incoming shipments and process inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift training and certification.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and over 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, and pull throughout the shift.

Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
