Experienced Human Resources Manager
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Job Duties:
- Communicate daily with employees to administer company information and forms, i.e., hiring, disciplinary, and/or termination documentation
- Review active documents for necessary updates based on current state and governmental policies, or based on company needs, such as safety or compliance
- Address questions and concerns that may arise from management and employees
- Pro-actively address compliance and safety issues
- Work with outside professionals on legal, compliance and/or employee benefits matters
- Maintain confidential employee files and personnel files
- Work closely with all employees on confidential matters
- Document all issues that need to be maintained in personnel files
- Keep up-to-date on temp-to-perm employees to help alert management to a decision deadline
- Work closely with temporary agencies to bring on temporary employees as needed
- Work closely with managers to determine their staffing needs
Qualifications:
- B.S or B.A. in Human Resources, or a related field, is desired, but work experience may be substituted
- SHRM CP is preferred
- Experience working with social media sites to post jobs and communicate with applicants
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change
- Excellent interpersonal skills
