• Performs a variety of maintenance activities (e.g. carpentry, painting, electrical, carpet and tile laying, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining and improving the buildings so they are safe and comfortable
• Ability to identify general upkeep and maintenance needs and communicate them to supervisors
• Arranges furniture and equipment for purposes of providing adequate preparations for meetings and special events
• Performs minor, job related, maintenance on custodial and maintenance equipment 
• Maintains tools and equipment for the purpose of ensuring they are available and in a safe operating condition
• Prepares facilities for daily operations for the purpose of ensuring facilities are operational and hazard free

Are you an experienced Forklift Operator and would love to work for the premiere distribution company?  Nationally owned Coffee distribution center is looking for MULTIPLE  Overnight Forklift Operators at their Lacombe, LA location. 

Pay:  $19.25/hr

Hours:  6p-6a, Rotating schedule, 2-2-3. Must be able to work weekends, and over time as needed.

Overnight Forklift Operator Responsible:

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using various types of forklifts or other power equipment 80% of specified shift.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded.
• Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy. Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary.
• Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source as necessary.
• Maintain the facilities equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Complete daily inspection of equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Seeking a Land Records Customer Service Representative that will be responsible for assisting customers in-person and via telephone regarding St. Tammany land and map information. This clerk also serves as a U.S. Passport acceptance agent.

                       Must be a permanent resident of St. Tammany Parish

• Assists the public, real estate professionals and abstracters with land research
• Makes copies of maps, surveys and deeds and other land related documents 
• Provides customer service in-person and on the telephone
• Provides customer service as a U.S. Passport acceptance agent
• Assists customers with in-house computer research
• Calculates and collects appropriate fees for services rendered and enters fees into cash register program
• Prepares appropriate receipts and code slips for transactions processed
