Westaff is currently seeking customer service minded individuals for Customer Service Representative roles in Lancaster, Ohio.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: Must be able to work an 8 hours shift 9am-6:00pm Monday-Friday plus overtime on mandatory Saturdays
Pay Rate: $14.00 - $15.00
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls
- Set up appointments though chat screen or telecommunication
- Data entry of orders and updates from customers
