We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, packaging materials, inspecting finished goods, and supporting daily production operations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
- Package finished products for shipment and distribution.
- Label products and prepare materials for production and shipping.
- Maintain production goals and productivity standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Report equipment malfunctions, damaged materials, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Support various production tasks and assist team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and excellent work ethic.

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping Office Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in a shipping, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment.
Key Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of office/administrative experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
• Experience with shipping documentation, Bills of Lading (BOLs), carrier coordination, and UPS/FedEx preferred
• Flexible availability for training between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Responsibilities: • Prepare and review Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Process shipping paperwork and documentation
• Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with freight and transportation companies
• Track and process shipments
• Verify shipping information and documentation accuracy
• Support UPS and FedEx shipping activities
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Provide administrative support to the shipping department

Shift: Monday - Fridays (Some Saturday requiere, must be available for overtime and holidays)
We are looking for someone who can step into the role and work independently with a high level of technical expertise, the candidate should be able to:
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Respond to machine breakdowns with minimal supervision.
- Support PET production equipment and related auxiliary systems.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial controls as applicable.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Technical certification, diploma, or formal training in industrial maintenance, electrical, electronics, mechanical, electromechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Strong electrical, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Must be reliable, punctual & able to follow instructions.
