Responsible for managing the daily administrative and operational functions the office.

Front Desk Operations and Supervision:·      

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the main reception area of the office.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for visitors, callers, and vendors, ensuring courteous and timely assistance.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate student workers
• Maintain and regularly update the Administrative Operations Manual
• Coordinate the distribution of mail and packages and manage related tracking and delivery processes.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and mentor staff or student employees.
