Production Technician
Essex Junction, VT | Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | $20.95-$24.00/hr
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities. As a Production Technician, you’ll operate production equipment, support daily operations, and help drive continuous improvement.
Schedules Available
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM-6:15 PM | Mon-Wed + every other Thurs
- Night Shift (N1): 6:00 PM-6:15 AM | Mon-Wed + every other Thurs
- Night Shift (N2): 6:00 PM-6:15 AM | Fri-Sun + every other Thurs
Overtime and holiday shifts may be required.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment
- Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
- Complete production documentation and data entry
- Support production goals and standard work processes
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SQF, GMP, QDS, and HACCP standards
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
- Work in varying temperatures and humidity
