Outbound Coordinator
$20.00/Hour | Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable Outbound Coordinator to help ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time. This position works closely with warehouse loaders, drivers, and our Logistics Department to coordinate outbound shipments and resolve last-minute changes.
Candidates must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English, as daily communication with drivers and logistics personnel is required.
Forklift experience is required.
Bilingual – English/Spanish is desired but not required
Responsibilities include verifying orders before shipment, coordinating loading activities, managing order changes, assisting with loading when needed, and ensuring trucks depart with the correct freight. This is not a supervisory role but serves as a key support and quality control position within the shipping operation.
Qualifications:
- Forklift experience required
- Strong English communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable attendance and dependability
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, though hours may occasionally extend if pickups are running late.
