Westaff is Hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Production Line Workers in Meriden, CT!
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $19 / hour, depending on experience
1st Shift: 7am – 3pm
2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm
Overtime is available!
Production Line Requirements:
As a Production Line Associate, you will support daily manufacturing operations by performing hands-on tasks such as stuffing, packing, material handling, and general line support. Responsibilities include:
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Preparing, loading, and handling materials
- Supporting stuffing or packing functions as assigned
- Maintaining quality and consistency throughout each shift
- Following safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborating with team members and shift leads
Production Line Qualifications:
- Experience working in food production
- Ability to work full-time with overtime as needed
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt as the line ramps up
- Team-oriented mindset
