Welder operator to assist in the safe production of high quality skid steer weldments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Included list, additional duties may be assigned as needs arise. • Comply with all safety regulations and wear all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the job. • Read, learn, understand, interpret work instructions, and other written or verbal instructions to complete the assembly of parts or components according to established quality guidelines and standards. • Advanced knowledge of Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) process, including spray and pulse weld transfer. • Must be able to perform and pass welder certification test upon hiring. • Problem-solve and trouble-shoot issues with welding machines with little to no assistance from Lead or Supervisor. • Understand basic weld defects and welding specifications to insure the utmost weld quality. • Able to weld in the flat, horizontal and vertical position. • Safely position and secure work pieces into welding fixtures using hoist and cranes. • Operate a variety of grinders and power tools while using the proper techniques learned in training. • Properly inspect critical parts prior to using them for production. • Continually keep work area organized and clean following all World Class Manufacturing standards. • Function as a team member to resolve production-related issues. • Able to continually lift 50lbs throughout the shift. • Basic computer skills to enter data and or suggestions for improvements. • Good written and oral communication skills in English.Apply Now More Info

This position can be based in any of the NAFTA Manufacturing plants. Reporting to the Regional EHSE Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the NAFTA Region EHSE processes and programs for all locations to ensure compliance to federal, state and local regulations policies and standards. The scope of responsibility for this position includes: Manufacturing plants, Parts Distribution Centers, Technical/Service Centers, Corporate Offices locations, proving grounds, and includes Current Operations, Acquisitions, Divestures, Mergers, Closures, etc. This position supports various sites in the NAFTA Region in achieving world class status and impact savings through the elimination of occupational injuries/illnesses, and safeguarding the health and safety of all employees. Additional responsibilities include: Internal Audit and mock OSHA Inspections processes and necessary follow up to ensure compliance to management systems standards, regulations, and advise local and regional leadership of findings Analyze injury/illness experience, identifying/tracking injury correlation, determining root causes, establishing corrective action measures and communicating this information to location leadership Assist with routine environmental reports, permit applications, inventories and surveys; including data acquisition, documentation, record keeping, monitoring, reviewing, approving and submitting to regulatory agencies Assist with EHSE regulatory enforcement activity Support standard NAFTA programs / procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce Safety hazards associated with location operations Remain current on relevant regulatory requirements and serve as the regional technical expert Support of EHSE IT systems Assist with EHSE performance tracking and reportingApply Now More Info
