Customer Service / Admin Assistant – White River Jct. VT.
We are looking for a Customer Service Admin to join our busy Team!
The Customer Service Admin will report to the company controller as well as other members of leadership as needed. This role will be a float position between customer service/sales and purchasing admin.
Customer Service Admin Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
- Wednesday, Thursday: 11:00AM – 7:00PM
Customer Service Admin Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and monitor customer service email.
- Outbound calls as directed.
- Receiving purchase orders – will require work in a cooler environment with some lifting.
- Order entry and processing.
- Purchasing product at the direction of purchasing department
- Admin assistance to front office as needed.
Due to the cyclical nature of this position attendance and reliability are key components. Components of this role are time sensitive which will require the ability to prioritize. Time management and organizational skills will be a daily priority. Problem solving with a good attitude and flexibility is required.
