A local office in Alexandria is seeking an administrative support professional to assist with daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

Supports case managers by completing routine administrative tasks associated with annual and interim reexaminations, participant files, and daily department operations.

Duties include receiving and organizing participant documents, scanning and uploading records, preparing and maintaining files, tracking outstanding verification’s and documents, sending routine correspondence and follow-up notices, scheduling appointments, answering basic participant inquiries, updating tracking logs, performing data entry, and assisting with other administrative duties as assigned.

Westaff is looking for a 2nd shift warehouse forklift operator in the Norton, MA area for Immediate Start! 

2nd shift: 5:00pm-5:00am Tuesday-Saturday, Mondays may be included 

Pay: $23/hour 

Location: Norton, MA 

JOB DUTIES: 

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Receive, store, and ship finished goods and raw materials
• Verify incoming shipments and maintain accurate documentation
• Stage materials for production to ensure continuous operation
• Transport materials to and from production lines
• Move finished products to designated storage or shipping locations
• Follow all safety, food safety, and warehouse procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of shipping and receiving experience
• Experience operating forklifts, including Raymond reach trucks and/or counterbalance forklifts
• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Familiarity with warehouse documentation and inventory processes
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
