In this role, you’ll operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, perform changeovers and cleaning activities, maintain accurate production records, and ensure products meet strict quality standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment while learning valuable technical skills and supporting efficient production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and inspections
- Follow safety, manufacturing SOPs and quality procedures
- Complete production documentation and data entry
- Identify and escalate production issues
- Support maintenance activities and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Available Shifts:
D1 Days: Mon-Wed + every other Thurs, 6:00 AM-6:15 PM | $20.95/hr
N1 Nights: Mon-Wed + every other Thurs, 6:00 PM-6:15 AM | $21.63/hr
N2 Weekend Nights: Fri-Sun + every other Thurs, 6:00 PM-6:15 AM | $24.00/hr
