Westaff is looking for a Shipper in Sterling MA for Immediate Start!
Location: Sterling, MA
Shift: Monday – Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm; Fridays: 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Job Responsibilities:
· Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
· Create shipping documents for UPS and FedEx shipments
· Verify packing lists and ensure order accuracy
· Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
· Maintain quality control standards throughout the shipping process
· Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
· Keep the warehouse clean and organized
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
· Ability to read and comprehend numbers, sequences, and shipping information accurately
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Team-oriented with the flexibility to work in different areas as needed
· Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
