Job Opening: Grinder Operator
Description
Grinder Operators in the Ruston, La area! Starting pay is $17/hr!
Multiple Shifts:
- 1st Shift – 6am – 2pm
- 2nd Shift – 2pm – 10pm
- 3rd Shift – 10pm – 6am
Pay: $18/hr with room for growth
Experienced Grinder Operator Job Requirements
- Follow established measurements and tooling guidelines to maintain tooling life and ensure total compliance to specifications
- Follow work instructions to grind tooling according to customer specifications including crown, finish, and minimum grind after removal of defects, etc.
- Ensure accurate setup and determine appropriate tooling to be ground and load on the grinder
- Report accurate tooling records to include date of grind, stock removal, finish, hardness, starting and finishing O.D., crown, remarks and start/finish time
