• Review customer forecasts and manage orders through customer portals when applicable.

• Monitor Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) order errors and help resolve discrepancies.

• Coordinate order changes with customers and operations, including quantities, shipping locations, and due dates.

• Work with production teams to address quality concerns and delivery delays.

• Investigate customer complaints, coordinate corrections, and follow up to confirm resolution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
