Westaff is Hiring Machine Operators in Lincoln, NH!
?? $1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days (based on attendance and performance)
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
5th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
Join a growing manufacturing team! Machine Operators use production equipment to manufacture quality products while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities include operating presses, lathes, crimping and braid winding machines, reading blueprints and work instructions, performing quality inspections, recording production data, making minor machine adjustments, monitoring inventory, and reporting defects or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- Machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to read tape measures and measuring devices
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
