Westaff is Hiring Plating Technicians in Lincoln, NH
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days (based on attendance and performance)
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
Join a leading manufacturing team as a Plating Technician! In this role, you’ll operate metal finishing equipment used to clean, coat, plate, heat treat, and process metal parts.
Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, monitoring processing tanks, maintaining production logs, inspecting product quality, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Basic understanding of chemistry and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
