   Customer Support Service Representative

    Pay $15HR /Long Term Temp Assignment

   Monday- Friday

       Located in Covington, LA

Seeking Customer Support Service Reps that will be responsible for providing friendly customer service to all clients by developing a deep understanding of  products and services. You will interact with clients to provide information in response to questions by phone, email, and online chat. 

• Receive in-bound calls.
• Respond to client inquiries, track user feedback, and proactively monitor client accounts. 
• Drive a positive and successful customer experience by assisting those with varied technical skill sets.
• Liaise with other internal teams to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years customer service experience (Recent experience)
• Call Center experience a plus
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Excellent typing skills—45+WPM
