Now HIRING Multiple Property Maintenance Technicians in Burlington, VT Area!

Pay: $19.00-$23.00/hr DOE 

Hours: Monday-Friday| 8:00am-4:30pm 

Location: Various Locations near the Burlington area and South Hero, VT

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for painting, heating, and ventilation troubleshooting and repair.
  • Responding to work orders 
  • Minor plumber and electrical work. 
  • Snow shoveling and landscaping. 
  • Daily assignments will vary due to the site and availability of other maintenance staff. 
  • On call for maintenance emergencies.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
