Pay: $17.04 per hour

Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute, and process invoices for approval.
• Responds to internal and external inquiries and provides assistance and guidance
• Process and allocate departmental credit cards (pcard) purchases
• Audits and processes document from various departments
• Processes collection reports accurately and expandingly and compiles data to record revenue
• Enters and keeps new or updated information into the City's financial accounting or payroll system
• Monitors, reviews analyze and distributes report and documents

If assigned to Payroll:

• Processes payroll deductions, retro salary increases, wage garnishments, direct deposits, and IRS levy orders,

          Assists Payroll Supervisor in processing bi-weekly and pension payrolls

2-year Experience 

• Data entry experience
• Filing experience
• Excel skills
• Payroll experience
