Westaff is looking for Powder Coat Supervisor in Methuen MA

 

Monday – Friday 6:30am – 4:00pm and some Saturdays 6:00am – 11:00am.

 

Pay is based on experience and open for discussion.

 

Our conveyored powder line contains a 5 stage wash (wash, rinse, wash, rinse, phosphate seal), combustion dry off oven, a powder application booth, and combustion bake oven.    

 

3+ years’ experience as a powder coat supervisor

Experience with powder application in a production environment

Experience with thickness inspection tools

Experience with many colors, types and textures of powder

Understanding of quality requirements for a powder line   

Understanding of a washing system

Understanding of the chemicals used in a washing system

Understanding of Ph balance testing

Understanding of the drying systems

Experience in all facets of a powder coat line
