Pay: $19.00-$23.00 (Depending on Experience)

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Experience in Sage 100 helpful but not required
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Enter POs & Invoices into accounting software
• Match supplier invoices to authorizing purchase orders and packing slips
• Check vendor statements
• Cut weekly vendor checks
