Westaff is now seeking a Customer Account Specialist for a top-notch accounting firm in Helena, MT!!! 

Job Overview: The Customer Account Specialist will work in our technology solutions team, helping ensure companies across our region receive the IT products and services they need to succeed.

Schedule: Full Time

Pay: $18.50-$20.00/hr DOE

Duties:

• Assist account managers by initiating, processing and tracking orders
• Helps in billing, accounts receivable
• Various other tasks as needed to ensure a positive client experience

Qualifications: 

• Detail-oriented
• Have a strong passion for communication and customer service
• Position requires 1 to 3 years of similar experience
