Westaff is seeking a candidate who is not intimidated by words like Regulatory, Tax, and Legal to work with a Credit Union dedicated to improving the quality of life of all Vermonters they are located in Waterbury VT . Pay range: Up to $25.79

Duration: Temp to Hire

Shifts: 8am-5pm with some flexibility 

• Flexibility to be able to do 2-3 days remote 

Job duties for Regulatory Account Specialist:

• Quality control for IRA accounts
• Monitor for timely and appropriate Safe Deposit Box billing
• Responsible for supporting tax reporting functions and government monitoring tasks

Job requirements:

• Need to have good organizational, communication and multi- tasking skills
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
• Ability to work in a team environment and to work independently when needed
• An associate’s degree related to business is preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience working in a financial institution
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products required
