Responsibilities of HR Administrative Assistant:
- Answering phones and emails
- Greeting walk ins
- Assisting employees with application, onboarding and hiring process
- Resume building assistance
- Conducting reference checks
- Maintain customer service level to associates and candidates with regular and consistent communications.
- Prompt response to client emails and messages to ensure them we have received their request
- Other general HR administrative duties as assigned
- People skills
- Computer skills
- Trainable and flexible attitude
