Do you want to work with the Westaff Team? We are seeking a temporary HR Administrative Assistant through August!

*Great paid internship or work experience opportunity!*

Term: 3+ months- could be career opportunity!

Schedule: 9am-3pm

Pay: $14/hour 

Responsibilities of HR Administrative Assistant:

  • Answering phones and emails
  • Greeting walk ins
  • Assisting employees with application, onboarding and hiring process
  • Resume building assistance
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Maintain customer service level to associates and candidates with regular and consistent communications.
  • Prompt response to client emails and messages to ensure them we have received their request 
  • Other general HR administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • People skills
  • Computer skills
  • Trainable and flexible attitude
