Full TIME - $15HR/40 Hours a week 

Client/Visitor Focused Tasks 

  • Directing incoming calls as appropriate
  • Greeting Clients, guests, attorneys and employees
  • Creating a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm 

Potential/New Client Tasks

  • Schedule consultations for potential clients.
  • Follow up with potential clients to make sure they show up to their appointments.
  • Manage client relationship management software.

Typical Administrative Tasks

  • Receive deliveries and packages
  • Assist other staff as requested
  • Perform other general office duties as requested
  • Maintains office supplies/ordering and received items 
  • other duties as assigned 


Job Requirements

  • Strong phone skills are required and must be comfortable speaking with all types of people.
  • Strong computer skills are required.
  • Must have attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a positive manner with a variety of personnel in a team environment and one on one.
  • Superior customer service skills and demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A “no drama” personality
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
