Westaff is seeking Call Center Representatives for a nonprofit in Helena, MT!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $14/hour
Responsibilities of Call Center Representative:
- Taking calls about Medicaid eligibility
- Looking up Medicaid providers in database
- Documenting all calls in database
- Great customer service
- Clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- GREAT customer service
- Medical knowledge beneficial, but not required
- Office experience preferred
