Westaff is looking for a 1st Shift Customer Service Representative
in Londonderry, NH for DIRECT HIRE, Working Remotely from home!
Pay: $20-23 / per hour
Hours: 8am-5pm (MON-FRI / 1hr lunch)
- Will be working remote with anticipated transition to in-site
- Training is remote (IT Equipment sent to home / training remote / may have 1-day to report to site to coordinate equipment)
- Must have a quiet area to take calls (at home)
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Provides into stock price and availability.
- Interact with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Quality, Pricing, Pricing and Finance to identify and solve customer requests and issues.
- Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure solutions.
- High contributor to inbound phone calls and multimedia request.
- Answers calls (60-70 per day) on ACD phone que.
- Assigned to special projects as needed.
- Works in OnBase order management system to resolve orders.
- Engages with factory planners to expedite and provide order status.
