Our client is located in East Haddam, CT.
This is a Full time temp to perm opening
$15/hr. You can work 8-4:30 or 9-5
Job duties of the Office Assistant
- Accurate data entry info Quickbooks
- Answering phones
- Assisting with billing
- Creation and maintenance of spreadsheets (Excel/Google docs)
-Filing, copying, opening mail, and other clerical duties
Requirements of the Office Assistant job:
- Must have QuickBooks knowledge
- Must have strong and accurate Data Entry skills
- Must know how do create and maintain spreadsheets in either Excel or Google docs
- Must have a professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma and 3 years of related experience
