Seeking Professional Patient Service Representatives to join a dynamic Pharmaceutical Company to work in the call center. The individual must be able to deliver high quality results in support of our client's objectives and mission.
- Achieves daily inbound and outbound call requirement based on team’s expectation
- Handles all calls in accordance with company standards – courteously and professionally
- Establishes rapport and builds trust while assisting patients
- Identifies patient’s needs quickly and accurately
- Build sustainable relationships with patients by taking the extra mile
- Meets dialogue requirements according to Quality Assurance guidelines
- Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance
