• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools

• Familiarity with multi-axis motion and servo/stepper systems

• Skilled in inspecting parts and maintaining tolerances

• Comfortable with tool changers, fixtures, and production workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
