Westaff is Looking for Blender Machine Operators on 3rd shift in Leominster, MA for IMMEDIATE HIRE!
Pay: $19.00/hr + $3/hr Shift Differential
Hours: 11pm-7am | Monday – Friday Must be flexible with working Saturdays as well.
Blender Machine Operator Job Details:
• Assist extrusion machine operator in last drop or clean out strip
• Check formulation for correct rubber and/or Elvaloy and to cut and weigh that ingredient to the correct weight
• Set up rubber conveyor and set up black chip machine when needed.
• Look over the formulation and compare the ingredients on the formula to those staged and record any substitutions on the formula that is to be used, if any.
• Use the correct ingredients and to weigh them correctly.

Job Responsibilities
• Must be able to life 50 pounds, sometimes repetitively, throughout the duration of the shift
• Must be able to reach overhead, work in stooping, kneeling, and standing positions.
• Must be able to perform pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing activities using hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, back, and legs.
• Must have dexterous use of both hands.
• Must have good, corrected vision.
• Must be able to work in above average temperatures (100+ degrees). • High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision after receiving job instructions.
• Must have a positive and respectful attitude.
• Must have the ability to learn manufacturing operations, procedures, and technology.
• Recommend corrective actions to ensure the meeting of production goals.

Westaff is Hiring for 1st and 2nd Shift Warehouse Associates in Chicopee, MA!
Pay Rate: $15.25 an hour
1st shift: Sunday – Friday, 7:00AM – 4:30PM
2nd shift: Sunday -Friday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Move incoming and outgoing materials safely using pallet jacks or by hand
- Maintain inventory accuracy by sorting, labeling, and shelving products
- Prepare products for shipment, including boxing, wrapping, and palletizing
- Transport goods throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Coordinate with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production goals
Warehouse Requirements:
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for the full shift
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Follow all safety rules and guidelines
- Work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Prior warehouse experience helpful but not required; training provided
