Job Description: Office assistance needed for helping a Financial place of business with the filing documents/data entry into the computer systems and/or filing storage. Individual must be organized, have attention to detail and as well as possess a high level of accuracy.

Schedule:

Mon - Fri | Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours may vary)
Rate of Pay: $14.00/hr


Job Requirements: Qualified Candidates must:

Must have High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Must have attention to detail
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Attendance is highly important
Must be flexible as hours may vary during tax season
Must have attention to detail and organization skills
Must have experience with data entry, filing, scanning
