Job Description:

Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers by responding to inquiries and providing information about programs.

Temporary to hire associate will be responsible for responding to in-bound phone calls, interactive voice response, or web-based portal inquiries on programs and services.

  • Customer Service Representative will be responsible for documenting interactions and transactions in detail. While also providing the results or actions taken to meet customer needs.
  • Refer customer grievances to proper departments to be investigated
  • Accurately enter data
  • Complete other assigned duties
  • Candidate is responsible and must hold good attendance, a positive attitude, and have the ability to handle stressful situations.

Candidate Must:

  1. Provide proof of education (High School Diploma or GED)
  2. Pass both Westaff and CSR Company's background screening 
  3. Take and pass computer assessments:
  • 3 Minute Typing Assessment- Meeting 30wpm
  • Business Etiquette Assessment
  • Call Center Customer Service Skills Assessment
  1. Attend on-site company interview where company extends offer.
