Westaff is now hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist responsible for all Level 1 Help Desk Activity for a growing Aircraft Parts Manufacturer.
$15-$20 per hour based on experience!
- Document and troubleshoots all incoming help desk calls and tickets
- Escalates issues appropriately.
- Performs desktop, software and other system installs.
- Coordinates computer and printer hardware repairs.
- Installs printer drivers, switches, cabling,phones and assists with system administration as needed.
- Performs lower level System Admin tasks like password resets, new hire setup and software upgrades.
- Minimum 1 Year experience in Computer, Hardware and or Printer Repair.
- Minimum 1 Year Computer Customer Service
- Experience Microsoft Suites
- A+ or working towards A+ Certification
- MSCE or working towards MSCE certification or degree in CS or related field
