Westaff is searching for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to focus on our light industrial, clerical, and aerospace business.  Our goal is to build the strongest relationships with the people in our region, always delivering on their needs. The BDM will be on the front line, providing top tier service to our new clients.

The successful BDM will be responsible for the engagement, growth and maintenance of the client relationship. You will build relationships with our clients, providing a combination of best in class customer service and superior staffing solutions that drive results for our group.

 

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new client relationship
  • Negotiate with client to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms and fees 
  • Set, meet and exceed client expectations throughout the hiring process 
  • Collaborate daily with the in-office, dedicated recruiting team
  • Coordinate with recruiting team with candidate follow up, lead generation, candidate preparation and retention throughout the process
  • Build a strong Westaff presence with large clients, anticipating the client forecast for talent
  • Adhere to weekly metrics for Account Manager success

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but prior experience in staffing or recruiting is highly desired.
  • Prior sales or business development experience.
