Topeka Call Center now hiring for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team!
As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. The surveys are based on the satisfaction of services, technicians's performance, and quality and professionalism of call center staff. You will be providing quality service by reviewing account status and taking appropriate action.
We are willing to train motivated, professional candidates that are passionate about the quality of care provided to customers! Friendly and empathetic demeanor will help you be successful in this role!
Starting at $10 per hour
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Temporary 3-6 months, possible Temp to career.
