Immediate Need! Westaff is seeking a candidate experienced in an office environment to work flexible hours! Our client is located Burlington!

Pay: $15

Duration: Temporary

Hours: M - F, Between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary contact for persons calling or visiting the department
  • Provides traditional administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the department
  • Coordinates appointments, meetings, and affairs of department personnel
  • Provides support to personnel and department customers
  • Performs fundamental clerical duties such as organization of mail, filing, and the ordering of supplies

Job Requirements


  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Experience in planning and scheduling
  • Experienced in MS Office and Excel
  • Polished written, and verbal communication skills
  • Solid work history combined with two positive references
